GRADE REPORT FORMS and PROCEDURES:

For K-5th grade:

1.  Insert grades directly into Brightways, using the "Progress Reports" tab.
2. Download the PDF form to fill it out digitally. Please upload the completed form in Brightways under the "Progress Report" tab. Click the green button at the bottom to create the progress report. Upload the grade form under "General" work samples at the bottom.
